Eric Evans, Owner/Professional Inspector/Certified Pest Control Applicator: Eric is professionally licensed in every area of our services. Before founding Spectra Property Services, he was a special projects manager and has over 20 years experience in the electrical and safety fields. He and Angela, his wife of 23 years, spend most weekends at the soccer fields cheering on their two sons Spencer and Sawyer. He serves as a Board Member and Commissioner for the CCSAI Classic Soccer League and as a youth coach for Arlington Soccer Association.
Joey Couch, Professional Inspector/Certified Pest Control Technician: Joey has years of experience in the pest control industry and project management fields. Your initial contact with Spectra Property Services will probably be Joey. He makes every effort to serve your inspection and pest control needs. Riding in biking marathons, spending time with friends and family and working to improve Spectra Property Services are his primary interests.
Monty Collins, Professional Inspector/Certified Pest Control Technician: Monty is an experienced inspector who is involved in all types of the inspection services that we offer; and his calm, easygoing manner make him a favorite with our clients. Time with his family is very important to him, and he especially enjoys camping with his three children. He participates in many activities with his son's Boy Scout troop and is very involved in his church community.
Steve Couch, Certified Pest Control Applicator/Professional WDI Inspector: Steve has been working with Spectra Property Services practically since our beginning. Most of our pest inspection and control procedures were originally created by him; and his experience, guidance, and leadership of our pest inspection and control services is priceless! Steve never meets a stranger. He has over 20 years experience in the pest control industry and will immediately inspire your confidence with his knowledge and skills. He spends his leisure time working on his two-acre spread, riding his motorcycle, and taking trips to the mountains.
Bob Green, Consultant and Field Services Manager: Bob brings 32 years of experience in the commercial/industrial heating and ventilation industry to our team. He spends his leisure time enjoying his four grandchildren and is very involved as a Board Member and official at vintage sports car races across the country.
Fred Green, Professional Inspector/Certified Pest Control Technician: Fred’s thorough understanding of building standards and practices comes from years of experience as a custom home builder. His customer service skills are unsurpassed and were certainly an asset during his 20 years as the owner of a hamburger restaurant who built homes in his spare time. Fred loves watching his granddaughter ice skate and compete in local and national events. His hobbies include woodworking, gardening, travel, contemporary jazz, and investing in the stock market.
Ron Rankey, Professional Inspector: Ron is a licensed electrician with over 35 years of experience in both the residential and commercial electrical industry. His family and friends are his first priority, and he also gives to his community as a member of a local band. His group performs at charity concerts for the VA, senior care facilities, and hospitals; and Ron certainly makes all the ladies smile when he dresses up as Elvis!
