Eric Evans, Owner/Professional Inspector: Eric is professionally licensed in every area of our services. Before founding Spectra Property Services, he was a special projects manager and has over 20 years experience in the electrical and safety fields. He and Angela, his wife of 21 years, spend most weekends at the soccer fields cheering on their two sons. He serves as a Board Member and Commissioner for the CCSAI Classic Soccer League and as a youth coach for Arlington Soccer Association.
Tawana Albough, Office Administrator: Your initial contact with Spectra Property Services will most likely be with our Office Administrator, Tawana. She is happy to answer your questions, schedule an appointment, and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with our services. Tawana loves to travel, and the sand and sun at beautiful beaches are always her first choice of destinations. She and husband Jim are enthusiastic fans of their son's street hockey games, and she also likes to entertain and cook for friends when she has free time.
Jim Albough, Lead Professional Inspector: Our lead inspector has years of experience in the construction, inspection, and project management fields. Jim helps manage inspection procedures and software enhancements and also provides training and ongoing field support to our inspectors. His greatest joy is his 13-year-old son, especially watching him play sports. Jim enjoys riding his motocycle, playing chess, and reading. As a nice balance to his interest in chess, he counts playing poker as one of his favorite pastimes.
James Arbuthnot, Professional Pest Control/WDI Inspector: James brings a great deal of experience in the field of pest control to this area of our services. He has been professionally involved in the entomology field for over ten years and shares his diverse experience with our team and clients.
Monty Collins, Professional Inspector: Monty is an experienced inspector who is involved in all types of the inspection services that we offer; and his calm, easygoing manner make him a favorite with our clients. Time with his family is very important to him, and he especially enjoys camping with his three children. He participates in many activities with his son's Boy Scout troop and is very involved in his church community.
Steve Couch, Professional Pest Control/WDI Inspector: Steve has been working with Spectra Property Services practically since our beginning. Most of our pest inspection and control procedures were originally created by him; and his experience, guidance, and leadership of our pest inspection and control services is priceless! Steve never meets a stranger. He has over 20 years experience in the pest control industry and will immediately inspire your confidence with his knowledge and skills. He spends his leisure time working on his two-acre spread, riding his motorcycle, and taking trips to the mountains.
Bob Green, Consultant and Field Services Manager: Bob brings 32 years of experience in the commercial/industrial heating and ventilation industry to our team. He spends his leisure time enjoying his four grandchildren and is very involved as a Board Member and official at vintage sports car races across the country.
Fred Green, Professional Inspector: Fred’s thorough understanding of building standards and practices comes from years of experience as a custom home builder. His customer service skills are unsurpassed and were certainly an asset during his 20 years as the owner of a hamburger restaurant who built homes in his spare time. Fred loves watching his granddaughter ice skate and compete in local and national events. His hobbies include woodworking, gardening, travel, contemporary jazz, and investing in the stock market.
Joe Reyes, Professional Pest Control/WDI Inspector: Joe heads our pest control team and helps establish and constantly improve our procedures in this area of our services. His bilingual skills and 20 years of experience in operating, managing, and performing pest control services are a great asset to Spectra Property Services. And Joe truly understands what's important: his kids, his grandkids, and thoroughly enjoying life.
Ron Rankey, Professional Inspector: Ron is a licensed electrician with over 35 years of experience in both the residential and commercial electrical industry. His family and friends are his first priority, and he also gives to his community as a member of a local band. His group performs at charity concerts for the VA, senior care facilities, and hospitals; and Ron certainly makes all the ladies smile when he dresses up as Elvis!
